Award Description:
In FY10 $16 million has been made available for the COPS Secure Our Schools program. It is anticipated there will be 160 awards with a ceiling of $1,000,000 and a floor of $1,000. The SOS grant is two years (24 months) in duration, and provides a maximum federal share of $500,000. Deadline Description:
There will be two deadlines for the FY 2010 Secure Our Schools program. Priority consideration will be provided to those applicants that submit complete and accurate applications by the first deadline. The deadline for priority consideration will be June 21, 2010, and the second and final deadline will be July 2, 2010.
